About The Position

The Data Scientist will use leadership and analytical skills to improve a client's data science capability. The role involves working closely with the client to understand their questions and needs, exploring data-rich environments, and combining appropriate tools and frameworks to turn disparate data into objective answers that support informed leadership decisions. The position also includes mentoring teammates and helping customers understand their data and how to use it.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating in teams.
• Experience supporting Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC) clients.
• Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI and machine learning models.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a Social Science field, or at least 4 years of experience in one of those fields in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEOINT or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master's degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; a doctorate in one of these fields is a plus.
