About The Position

The Data Scientist will help improve a client’s data science capability by working closely with the client to understand their questions and needs and analyzing data-rich environments to find useful insights. The role uses leadership and analytical skills, mentors teammates, and applies appropriate tools and frameworks to turn disparate data into objective answers that help leadership make informed decisions. The position supports the client in understanding its data and how to use it to address challenges.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating in teams.
• Experience supporting DoW or IC clients.
• Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI and ML models.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Social Science, or at least 4 years of experience in one of those fields in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEOINT or LLMs.
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; doctorate in one of these fields is a plus.
