About The Position

The Data Scientist will help improve a client’s data science capability by understanding client questions and needs, examining data-rich environments, and turning disparate structured and unstructured data into objective answers that support informed leadership decisions. The role uses appropriate tools and frameworks to explain data and its meaning, and to help clients understand how to apply it. The position also involves mentoring teammates and supporting data science for defense, civil, and national security challenges.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, statistics, or computer science fields.
• Experience collaborating in teams.
• Experience supporting DoW or IC clients.
• Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Social Science, or at least 4 years of experience in statistics, data science, computer science, or social science in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEOINT or LLMs.
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; doctorate in one of these fields is a plus.
