About The Position

The Data Scientist will improve a client’s data science capability by working closely with the client to understand questions and needs, exploring data-rich environments, and turning disparate data into objective answers that support informed leadership decisions. The role involves using appropriate tools and frameworks to analyze complex structured and unstructured data and explain what the data means and how it can be used. The Data Scientist will also mentor teammates and support the testing and evaluation of AI/ML models.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in statistics, data science, engineering, analytics, or computer science fields.
• Experience collaborating in teams.
• Experience supporting DoW or IC clients.
• Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of experience in statistics, data science, computer science, and social science in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GEOINT or LLMs.
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Quantitative Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; doctorate in one of these fields is a plus.
