About The Position

As a Data Scientist, you will connect advanced AI capabilities with military and operational needs. Working directly with clients, you will help personnel identify operational challenges, design tailored workflows, and deploy modular applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will provide real-time solutions that help clients maximize the value of their technology investments and enable decision-makers to achieve mission success.

Requirements

• Experience working in critical, high-pressure environments such as defense operations, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience with programming languages including Python, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience on client-facing teams providing data wrangling, analytics, visualization, and presentation.
• Ability to design and deploy workflows, ETL pipelines, and machine learning models on platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
• Secret clearance; applicants are subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as an embedded technical expert for defense, government, or private-sector clients.
• Experience with predictive modeling, advanced analytics, or data fusion for military or operational environments.
• Foundry Data Engineer or Foundry Application Developer Certification.
