Data Quality Team Lead

Argyle is a remote-first Series B startup that has reimagined how we access and use employment data. They are seeking a DQ Team Lead to lead and scale their Data Quality team, which is responsible for data research, data knowledge management, data quality assurance, and internal BI. The successful candidate will initially have a hybrid Manager-IC role before the team reaches scale, at which point the job title will convert to DQ Manager. The team is at the very heart of Argyle's product and is responsible for achieving the maximum user conversion and the highest data quality of structured employment records available anywhere.

• Lead and scale Argyle's Data Quality (DQ) team
• Manage a team of 3 Individual Contributors (ICs)
• Ensure maximum user conversion and highest data quality of structured employment records
• Conduct data research and knowledge management
• Ensure data quality assurance and internal BI
• Expand into data engineering and automation fields
• Shape Argyle's data strategy

• Lead and scale Argyle's DQ team
• Take ownership of and drive Data Quality KPIs
• Drive QA, automation, tooling, and data engineering agenda and deliverables
• Build working relationships and lead collaboration with Analytics and Documentation teams
• Contribute towards Argyle's Data Quality strategy and help with laying out key underlying initiatives
