Our Newest Opportunity: The Data Quality Analyst (DQA) maintains various data sets from internal sources, including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and investment monitoring platforms. The DQA audits, cleanses and standardizes data to maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of customer data and business performance reports and dashboards. The DQA develops new and existing reports and dashboards to track data quality. The DQA builds data pipelines to migrate external data into OneDigital’s systems.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Possesses strong SQL skills

  • Collaborates effectively with inter-departmental teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains dependability and reliability under pressure, in fast paced work environment
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and expert skills in MS Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake and PowerBI, desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops data testing and audit strategies.
  • Gathers and synthesizes information from disparate systems to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Works with external teams to cleanse and migrate new data into Salesforce.
  • Develops controls to effectively manage data quality and integrity.
  • Analyzes and resolves data quality problems.
  • Proposes error correction procedures, using automation wherever possible.
  • Works to ensure company-wide data uniformity with master data management.
  • Recommends system modifications and enhancements to business application team to achieve data standardization.
  • Works in collaboration with other teams including Project Management, Operations, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality data and reports.
  • Conducts senior executive requested ad-hoc analyses.
  • Supports development of reports and dashboards as needed.
