About The Position

MISTRAS is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, full-time, in-office Data Processor in Youngsville, Louisiana. The role focuses on researching internal databases, entering accurate data into Ultrapipe, and drafting 2D isometric drawings using AutoCAD or a related program. The Data Processor compiles and maintains accurate reports for internal and client-facing use, and audits and cleanses data to ensure its integrity and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Data entry experience.
• AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into a computerized system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Research internal databases and enter data into Ultrapipe.
• Analyze data trends, discrepancies, and abnormalities, and prepare reports highlighting key findings.
• Compile and maintain accurate reports for internal reference and client-facing purposes.
• Audit and cleanse data to ensure integrity and quality.
• Draft 2D isometric drawings.
• Adapt to changing demands, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, organizational skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
