About The Position

Deploy is an intelligence infrastructure platform providing access to open-source and proprietary AI models. The Data Operations Analyst joins the Data Operations team, which supports development of Deploy’s proprietary AI models by using the Deploy Data platform to deliver high-quality training and testing datasets. The analyst manages multiple projects and helps ensure operational excellence by analyzing priorities, metrics, and deliverables. The role contributes to the product development lifecycle and works closely with Product, ML, and engineering teams in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
0–2 years of work experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Create, set up, and audit projects on the Deploy Data platform to support internal Product and ML initiatives and proprietary Deploy Models.
Own and execute projects, identifying ways data solutions can advance model performance, product capabilities, and internal objectives.
Manage project timelines, identify challenges, proactively resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
Collaborate with Product and ML teams at project kickoff to understand scope, technical requirements, and success criteria.
Work with engineers to set up optimal pipelines and efficiently audit projects.
Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance and handling relevant to the role.
Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets.
Report actual or suspected security or policy violations or breaches to an appropriate authority.
