About The Position
As a Bank Platform Transformation - Data Migration-Conversion Lead - Manager, you will guide clients through data migration and conversion within the Core Banking Technology sector. You will apply business application consulting expertise to optimize operational efficiency, analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for integrating and using business applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for project success and standards, motivate teams to deliver quality work, manage performance, and use technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You will own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, and partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables. The role also involves identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success and leading with integrity and authenticity in support of its purpose and values.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
