About The Position

At Accenture Federal Services, the Data Management Specialist helps support the US federal government’s missions across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. The role develops, maintains, and enhances scientific enterprise software applications and data-driven solutions. It configures and supports application components and automated processes, performs data management and reporting activities, and works with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The position also supports testing, issue resolution, user training, adoption, and ongoing application operations.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and data management processes.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation, transformation, and reporting principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience supporting scientific, research, or regulated environments.
• Experience with workflows, reporting tools, dashboards, automation, and data integration.
• Experience with data migration, cross-system validation, and user training.
• Familiarity with data governance and application lifecycle management practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Configure and support forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, queries, scripts, and automated processes.
• Perform data quality, validation, transformation, reconciliation, integration, migration, and reporting activities.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing, implement enhancements, and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Support user training, adoption, and ongoing application operations.
