About The Position

The Data Management Analyst will develop and maintain custom software solutions using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Program Office Shared drive in both classified and unclassified environments. This role involves analyzing and documenting customer requirements, developing Common Source Libraries, and creating integrated management environments for real-time data visibility among team members. The analyst will bridge business requirements with logical design solutions, documenting, designing, managing, and assisting with the development of SharePoint solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with tools available on networks with classifications up to Top Secret.
  • SharePoint Online: Experience with lists and libraries to house PMA business rules and metadata, replacing traditional folders and spreadsheets.
  • Power Automate: Experience creating automated flows to manage approvals, notifications, and task assignments.
  • Power BI: Experience automating reporting and data visualization, integrating PMA data into interactive dashboards.
  • Power Apps: Experience building custom mobile and web front-end applications for specific tasks.
  • BA/BS degree or supplemental experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing Office Macros and SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts.
  • Experience with working on networks of various security classifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior staff recommendations for improving access to data and data management through an intuitive user interface.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain workflows and automate rule-based tasks.
  • Report directly to the Operation Lead to meet PMA schedules and realize PMA data management initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using NAVAIR-approved platforms to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map manual processes and translate PMA policies into logic-based digital triggers.
  • Ensure interoperability between disparate data sources to provide leadership with a single source of truth.
  • Perform continuous "bug fixes" and updates to existing workflows as Navy acquisition regulations and PMA requirements evolve.
  • Develop SOPs and conduct training for PMA personnel to ensure high adoption rates of new automated systems.
