About The Position

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Data Management Analyst in Columbia, SC. The Data Management Analyst will support the functionality and design of the client’s Customer Support System (CSS). The Program Analyst is a technical support services position.

Requirements

SharePoint Designer 2019/SharePoint Online experience
Experience creating/developing/updating workflows, lists, groups, document libraries
Experience monitoring, diagnosing, and fixing issues within CSS (access, workflows, system routing/ticket assignment)
Experience performing technical research and recommending solutions
Experience developing and implementing procedures to ensure system functionality
Experience performing data validation of information submitted on tickets & invoices
Experience updating/creating Balance Sheets
Experience providing phone, e-mail, and other support to individuals
Experience creating/submitting various weekly, monthly, & ad-hoc reports
Experience maintaining various DPW databases

Nice To Haves

Position is required to travel to meetings/events periodically.

Responsibilities

Support client’s Customer Support System (CSS) & Intranet sites utilizing SharePoint Designer 2019/SharePoint Online.
Create/develop/update workflows, lists, groups, document libraries, etc.
Monitor/Diagnose/Fix issues within CSS (access, workflows, system routing/ticket assignment, etc.)
Perform technical research and recommend solutions addressing user/system issues.
Develop and implement procedures to ensure system functionality.
Perform data validation of the information submitted on tickets & invoices.
Update/Create Balance Sheets.
Provide phone, e-mail, and other support to individuals to help them troubleshoot, enter tickets, and/or navigate the system.
Create/Submit various weekly, monthly, & ad-hoc reports
Maintains various DPW databases.
