About The Position

MBC is currently seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to join their team remotely. The Data Management Analyst will provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy.

Requirements

  • Minimum One (1) year of experience in Data Analysis/Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Data Management, Planning, organizing, completing, analyses, studies, and procedures
  • Associate’s degree from an institution accredited in the United States
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance is required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor data submissions
  • Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW)
  • Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
  • Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database
  • Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients.
