Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
0-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and software.
Knowledge of data management best practices including SQL.
Prior internship or coursework in data analysis or a related area is beneficial.
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
Support the team in standardizing data sets and ensuring data quality.
Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business needs and provide insights.
Document analytical processes and maintain accurate records of data sources.
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and findings.
