About The Position

The Data Integrity Representative is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the patient record contained in the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI). Monitors the status of duplicate, overlap and overlay creation; researches and validates all potential patient matches and data corrections across all systems and with all appropriate FMOLHS facilities. Works closely with all FMOLHS facility specialists to ensure EMPI integrity.

Requirements

• Experience with Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) systems.
• Ability to research and validate patient matches and data corrections.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with facility specialists.
