Requirements

  • College degree or relative work experience required.
  • 2 – 4+ years of experience in either of the following areas: Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success or Account Management Support/Administration preferred
  • Hands-on self-starter with the ability to effectively follow difficult issues to resolution.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously to finish project work.
  • Able to work under limited supervision and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple database systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
  • Ability to use sound judgment to solve problems and mitigate risks.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced functions of Excel.
  • Ability & willingness to learn new computer software applications as required for the job
  • Meet internal and contractual deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Deliver efficient productivity while maintaining superior quality standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, research, and resolve data issues within multiple databases in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all data entered and maintained across systems is complete, accurate, and compliant with established standards.
  • Review and audit data inputs to maintain data integrity as directed by management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve data quality and integrity.
  • Maintain ownership of customer data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage bulk load processing for National requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee and process operational queues including DocLink, Flip/Swap, and CardLink files.
  • Submit required data to downstream systems such as the ATM transaction processing switch.
  • Manage setup workflows including changes, moves, and bulk load activities across systems.
  • Provide support for customer escalations, including researching and responding to Service Account Manager inquiries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of terminals.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive consensus on process improvements.
  • Assist other departments with onboarding, implementations, and data-related processes.
  • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and implement improvements to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal controls, policies, and procedures relevant to the role.
  • Stay current on application features, system updates, and process changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of installation and maintenance processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs and ensure data integrity across systems.
