About The Position

Extract Wellness LLC, a wellness company that manufactures premium hemp-derived CBD and THC wellness products, is seeking a meticulous and organised individual for the role of Freelance Data Entry. This is a full-time position based in San Diego, California, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data across our various digital platforms. This role is crucial for supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our company information. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can work diligently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and data management best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data from various sources into our company databases and computer systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents, correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Review data for deficiencies, resolving any discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information at all times.
• Organise and manage files and documents effectively.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
