About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to scan our paper files into electric files and our HR database system, Paylocity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to sit and process high-volume data entry for majority of the 8-hour shift
  • Great computer/typing sills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others; complete and understand analysis of numbers; read, analyze and interpret written materials; compliance with company policies; respond appropriately to feedback to make improvements; maintain positive working relationships; troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and convert physical files into electronic file format and designated database
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, paying close attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain, organize and file documents into designated areas in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in various data management and administrative tasks as needed
