About The Position

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks, including processing claim forms, updating Excel spreadsheets, verifying claim numbers, completing repair documentation, and tracking vehicle documents. This role also involves scanning and sending tickets and tolls, coordinating with internal teams, and shipping documents to title companies.

Requirements

  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry by processing claim forms and updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Verify claim numbers and complete repair documentation.
  • Track and log titles and vehicle documents (COVs).
  • Scan and send tickets and tolls to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and approvals.
  • Ship documents to title companies via FedEx.
