About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain our product database. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product information, including pricing, inventory levels, and sales data. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in data entry, database management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education in data management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain accurate pricing for all products in the database.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and ensure stock records are current and accurate.
  • Review and update sales data to reflect the latest trends and business insights.
  • Add, modify, and remove product listings as needed.
  • Identify, correct, and standardize product descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Support the team with additional data entry and administrative tasks as required.
