About The Position

As an Ordering Coordinator, you will place orders for company car drivers, engineering, plants, and manufacturing validation build orders. Any drivers that order a drive and buy the vehicle will tag the driver to the vehicle in a General Motors system. Ordering Coordinators will also track any vehicles that an update has been requested on. You will use various systems to perform this task daily. Salary Overview:The pay rate for this role starts at $16.50 per hour. Hours: The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.

Requirements

• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must have Excel experience.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be a reliable team player.

Nice To Haves

• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order company cars for executives, board of directors, float vehicles, engineering vehicles, and manufacturing validation build (MVB) orders for all future model years.
• Update coordinators and CVO/GM management regarding orders daily.
• Manage multiple spreadsheets for orders and reporting.
• Tag all drive and buy vehicles in the GM program.
• Manage the ordering email box.
