About The Position

Merchant Growth is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its Sales team with accurate data management and processing. This is a two-month temporary contract with a full-time schedule and the possibility of extension. The position helps maintain clean, current CRM records and supports smooth sales processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
High level of computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in data entry, administrative, or sales support roles.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Enter, organize, and save client and deal information accurately in Salesforce to support Sales pipeline management.
Review incoming sales submissions and flag opportunities requiring follow-up.
Prioritize incoming requests and correspondence according to predetermined criteria.
Verify customer details and ensure accuracy across records.
Track deal lifecycles by completing data-entry and due-diligence tasks proactively.
Gather and synthesize business information from sources such as internet searches and relevant reports.
Create and update agreements and client records as directed by the Sales team.
