About The Position
SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Data Entry Operator to provide administrative and operational support for depot maintenance activities at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The role includes entering and maintaining depot maintenance information in Government database systems, coordinating schedules and administrative requirements, arranging travel as needed, and supporting the Director, Operations Office, technicians, and related programs. The position is full-time and on the day shift. This posting identifies potential candidates for a position contingent on SierTeK being awarded the contract; duties, qualifications, compensation, and benefits may change based on the awarded contract.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in data entry or administration.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractor personnel, Government representatives, supervisors, and management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for depot maintenance activities.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for assigned personnel.
- Analyze, interpret, categorize, and electronically enter depot maintenance information into Government database systems.
- Ensure data entries are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain familiarity with applicable Government data systems and required data-entry processes.
- Review and correlate program requirements to ensure necessary support is provided at the appropriate time and location.
- Coordinate administrative requirements across multiple programs and activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related requirements for the Director, Operations Office, and technicians as needed.
- Maintain organized and accurate administrative records and information.
- Provide additional administrative support as required to support depot maintenance operations.
