About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our training records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into our online training system
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Maintain and update training records in a timely manner
  • Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies
  • Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure data integrity
  • Keep track of all data entry tasks and meet deadlines
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
