As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll ensure critical shipping and hazardous waste documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with high-volume data entry and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow procedures and standard operating instructions.
Must be able to work the assigned schedule and work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DOT regulations; experience with hazardous waste documentation is a plus.
SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review incoming manifest paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Enter and verify manifest data, including DOT descriptions and RCRA hazardous waste codes, in the computerized management system.
Work with the Customer Service team to resolve paperwork discrepancies.
Upload documentation, process manifests, and distribute completed paperwork to the appropriate teams.
Support the Receiving Department with administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain accurate records while following all company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
