About The Position

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and standard office tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Experience with CRM or database systems
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Exposure to business development, sales, or operations data

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update business and client-related data
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Verify source documents and resolve discrepancies
