About The Position

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database and ensuring data is being entered and maintained. This role will also be responsible for verifying and editing data as needed.

Requirements

  • Able to work full time and have great attendance
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must pass Drug Screen/Background check
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy, proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (copy machines, printers, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive when issues arise
  • Detail oriented
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Skillful with data entry
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize records and files
  • Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed
  • Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Assist with product count when passed through inspection
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Create and Issue New hire badges
