About The Position

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Data Entry Clerk for Vermont's Department for Children and Families. This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy. Requirements

• Accurate data entry
• Reviewing records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Verifying and correcting data discrepancies
• Organizing, managing, and processing electronic documents, including Adobe PDF files
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain records, create reports, filter data, and apply basic formulas
• Responding to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Collaborating with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Following established procedures and data quality standards
