About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM systems and database software is advantageous.
• An interest in environmental science or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, such as field reports, laboratory results, and client forms, into our company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and update existing database records on a regular basis to ensure all information is current.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Assist with the organisation and management of digital files and records.
• Uphold strict data confidentiality and adhere to company security policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and support various administrative tasks as required.
