Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Good organizational and filing skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Highly effective and persuasive communication skills
  • Process improvement and documentation mindset
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Observant, analytical, inquisitive and attentive

Responsibilities

  • Enter vendor purchase orders into NAV system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Distribute AP Invoices to appropriate departments and locations
  • Maintain and organize all Accounts Payable documents, both physical and digital
  • Verify invoice details for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts as required
  • File and retrieve AP records when needed for audits or internal review
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recordkeeping standards
