Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- Further qualifications in administration or IT are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases, including product specifications, customer details, and order information.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update existing database records to reflect the most current information.
- Generate routine reports and perform data analysis as requested by management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related queries and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information.
- Assist with other administrative and data-focused tasks as required.
