About The Position

Metrocast Cable Systems is a leading provider of telecommunications services, committed to delivering exceptional quality and reliability to our customers. We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time position based out of our operations in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining critical data within our systems, playing a vital role in our operational efficiency and commitment to data integrity.

Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry, data analyst, or similar administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a strong eye for detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data management systems and CRM software is highly desirable.
Further qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enter customer account information, service orders, and billing details into company databases.
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections and updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain the integrity of our databases by performing regular data cleansing and quality checks.
Prepare, sort, and organise source documents for data entry.
Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested, ensuring timely delivery of information.
Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and customer information.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and support departmental projects.
