Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database systems is preferred.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
- Generate and analyze reports to support business insights and operational improvements.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as assigned by management.
