Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team and focus on automating and productizing advanced big data transformation and analytics pipelines. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying data analysis pipelines for our clients. This includes understanding the business problem, identifying relevant data sources, collaborating with client IT teams to define the technical architecture, and implementing the data. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are innovative, empathetic, and team players to help us scale our operations.

• Understand deeply the business problem that we are trying to solve by our analytical solution
• Discover the client's existing data sources that are relevant to the problem we try to solve through continuous consultations with employees of our client, including discussions with client IT, data owners, future business users, etc.
• Define the technical architecture for the analytical solution that we are to deploy for the client, working together with the IT teams of the client
• Implement the data analysis pipelines at various clients of Lynx Analytics

• Experience in implementing and deploying data analysis pipelines
• Strong understanding of business problems and ability to translate them into analytical solutions
• Ability to discover and utilize relevant data sources
• Collaboration skills to work with client IT teams and define technical architecture for analytical solutions
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Knowledge of proprietary big graph analysis frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
