This specific role focuses on developing, maintaining, and managing integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects, collaborating with diverse project stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (experience may be substituted).
  • Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Experience developing and managing CPM schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on hyperscale data center programs.
  • Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles.
  • Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools.
  • Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments.
  • PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to establish project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Perform schedule analysis, identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Support project controls activities including forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule reporting.
  • Analyze schedule impacts related to scope changes, procurement delays, and construction activities.
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to leadership and client teams.
  • Ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resource plans, and construction execution strategies.
  • Support commissioning and turnover planning activities for mission-critical systems.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, progress reports, and schedule performance metrics.
  • Work with Primavera P6 and other project controls tools to maintain schedule accuracy and integrity.
