Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Junior Scheduler – ANS

The work involves bringing a general understanding and knowledge of construction and construction practices. You will, on an ongoing basis, assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules including cost loading and/or resource loading labor hours and commodities to schedule activities. You'll generate cost/resource projection curves based on the schedule. You'll analyze data and build reports to support project monitoring and decision making. You'll proactively anticipate schedule impacts and advise project team concerning changes and issues on schedule impacts. You'll prepare ad-hoc reports as directed by management. You'll perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- At least a year of paid/intern/unpaid experience in Program/ Project Scheduling
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling, baseline reviews, cost control etc.
- Ability to understand complex projects, with the ability to foresee and avoid potential construction scheduling issues
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent, Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
