Responsibilities

• Directly support and work under the utility services team and various shared services leads with additional supervision from project management team members.
• Support drafting, reviewing, and finalizing 300+ technical professionals resumes into our Flowcase resume database.
• Work with project leads to draft and finalize project descriptions for past and current project to be loaded into Flowcase as well.
• Assist with planning various team activities, office events, volunteer events, and utility services newsletters.
• Support tracking of client and internal team deliverables, send follow-ups, and track completion timelines.
