About The Position

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their team. This role involves attracting, screening, and submitting talent for current and prospective demand within the capital projects sector. The specialist will be responsible for meeting recruitment metrics, managing candidate pipelines, and utilizing market-driven strategies to engage passive talent. The position requires effective communication with recruiting teams and clients, maintaining data integrity in Applicant Tracking Systems, and supporting ad hoc projects within the recruiting organization. The work environment is flexible, with a mix of remote, client site, and office work, emphasizing collaboration and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the construction management or capital projects industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven ability to multi-task with several candidates at once, scheduling initial screens while providing consistent feedback to those in process for the best overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
  • Meet required metrics including goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
  • Effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
  • Manage candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Monitor and track the candidate pipeline to ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of open vacancies.
  • Use market-driven strategies to research, engage and pre-qualify passive talent.
  • Use recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation.
  • Interact on a timely basis with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques.
  • Monitor candidate activity pertaining to specific sourcing projects, and communicates activity with stakeholders and recruiters on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for ad hoc projects to support recruiting organization.
