About The Position

A growth-oriented role focused on documenting and maintaining the digital model of data center and core network infrastructure. The technician learns to record Inside Plant (ISP) fiber assets, connectivity, cable routes, and physical-layer specifications, and to translate engineering diagrams, schematics, and vendor As-Built documentation into accurate digital records using specialized software. The role supports senior specialists with model accuracy, data validation, and discrepancy resolution between physical infrastructure and its digital representation. It also involves documenting network elements and Moves, Adds, and Changes; producing basic reports and assisting with capacity checks; and supporting communication across engineering, installation, and field survey teams. The technician uses visualization tools to plan and communicate network paths and layouts, mentors peers, supports client SOW objectives, works toward SLOs, and serves as an escalation point with customer personnel. The role is commutable from one of the listed locations: Denver, Colorado; Reston, Virginia; or Atlanta, Georgia. The posted base salary range is $114,000–$180,000. Astreya describes its comprehensive benefits as available to regular, full-time employees.
