About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring trainable Level 1 Technicians to work at a data center. Work ethic, attitude, dependability, and attendance are emphasized. The role involves physically demanding work, including 10-hour days outdoors in heat and cold. The position is contract-to-hire and based onsite in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The listed pay range is $20.00 per hour. Individual compensation within the range depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Experience working in a physically demanding environment, such as construction, trades, the military, or similar.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance history.
• Ability to work 10-hour days outdoors in heat and cold.
• Ability to work on ladders and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route cabling throughout the data center.
• Assemble, stack, and drill racks.
• Scan, label, and port equipment.
• Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians.
