About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, optimization, expansion, and resiliency of mission-critical data center environments. This role focuses on power, cooling, capacity planning, critical facilities engineering, and infrastructure monitoring.

Requirements

Data Center Capacity Planning (Power, Cooling & Space) – Capacity forecasting, workload placement optimization, and infrastructure utilization analysis.
Critical Facilities Engineering – Experience with UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, one-line diagram review, and resiliency/failover engineering.
DCIM, Telemetry & Infrastructure Analytics – Hands-on experience with DCIM platforms, monitoring tools, telemetry, and infrastructure analytics.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in Data Center Engineering, Critical Facilities Engineering, or Mission-Critical Infrastructure.
Experience supporting colocation, enterprise, or hyperscale data centers.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering experience within data center environments.
Experience with infrastructure expansions, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Assess and optimize power, cooling, and space capacity across data center environments.
Analyze and support critical electrical infrastructure, including utility services, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and power distribution.
Review one-line diagrams, engineering designs, and resiliency/failover strategies.
Develop capacity planning models and infrastructure utilization reports.
Utilize DCIM, telemetry, and monitoring tools to improve operational visibility and performance.
Support data center builds, upgrades, commissioning, and expansion projects.
Partner with construction teams, utility providers, vendors, and facility stakeholders to deliver infrastructure initiatives.
