This position also entails enforcing policies, assisting with safety program compliance, preparing reports, and monitoring work performance of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed. The role requires ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements, using construction management systems for tasks like composing daily diaries and maintaining project logs, and providing assistance to contractors with scheduling issues. Additionally, the Project Engineer will monitor the project pre-plan, interface with clients and design professionals when requested, and contribute to building good communication between various project stakeholders to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards, aiming for on-time and within-budget project completion. Continuous professional development and training are also key aspects of this role.
