Data and Outcomes Specialist

HOPE HAVEN INC•Charlotte, NC
•$23 - $25•Hybrid

About The Position

The Data and Outcomes Specialist helps Hope Haven collect, understand, and use information about client outcomes, program performance, and organizational impact. This part-time role coordinates data collection across departments, strengthens data quality and reporting practices, analyzes qualitative and quantitative information, and turns findings into useful insights for staff, leadership, the Board of Directors, and funders. The position is hybrid and works 15–20 hours per week. The role calls for practical data skills and experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, homelessness services, housing, public health, social work, or another human services field. The specialist collaborates with clinical, program, administrative, and development staff to identify measures that are meaningful, ethical, realistic, and useful, while recognizing the complexity and nonlinearity of recovery and changes in human behavior. The specialist also supports grant and contract reporting, HUD-funded opportunities and HMIS participation, charitable solicitation registrations, and Hope Haven’s profiles on third-party information and rating platforms. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening. The position may occasionally involve operating a Hope Haven vehicle or transporting activity materials; assigned drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under Hope Haven’s automobile insurance policy.
