About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data and Information Coordinator to work with the Ameren Illinois’ award-winning energy efficiency programs. This role is remote, but there is a strong preference for the successful candidate to be located in the Ameren Illinois service territory (roughly the southern two-thirds of Illinois).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3 – 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Must be a team player capable of multitasking and working several complex and diverse tasks.
  • The individual must be well organized, reliable, conscientious, and capable of managing resources and schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft 365; specifically Excel & Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting as well as in a team setting.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and conscientiously with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience with energy efficiency or energy efficient audits.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, data quality assurance/quality control, and reporting.
  • Understanding of utility-offered products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Record, track and report key performance metrics across multiple implementers.
  • Ensure timely updating and accurate maintenance of historical program data.
  • Compose and distribute regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report information.
  • Facilitate and execute delivery of comprehensive data requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide oversight to Community Kits implementation.
  • Provide oversight to Scholarship program implementation and record retention.
  • Maintain accurate Internship program records to track intern and employer participation, application submissions and program metrics.
  • Manage MDAP process including document preparation, data collection, data review, document revisions and communication of expectations.
  • Manage process for budget assistance requests from submission to execution.
  • Review and submit orders for direct install measures.
  • Support grant payments through document preparation, retention and tracking.
  • Support program analytics through data collection and review to identify and recommend areas for growth and improvement.
  • Submit IT tickets and monitor progress to completion.
  • Assist with Market Development Initiative implementation.
  • Assist with development of slide decks and presentations.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with program staff and subcontractor partners.
  • Assist with marketing project management process.
