About The Position

This role involves leading and mentoring the Analytics team, which includes Power BI, Excel developers, and analysts. The position focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, reporting tools, and actionable analytics products. A key aspect is translating stakeholder needs into clear analytics requirements and delivery plans, while also driving best practices for data quality, visualization, and documentation. The Data Analytics Lead will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics work, review data logic, and validate outputs for accuracy and reliability. The goal is to ensure that analytics products are intuitive, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

7+ year's experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
Strong SQL/data querying skills (or similar).
Proven track record of leading analytics delivery with minimal oversight.
Ability to work independently, get work done and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leveraging AI.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing or scaling analytics teams.
Experience working with larger datasets and ETL processes.
Knowledge of data governance best practices.
