About The Position

The Digital & Data Analytics (D&DA) team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organization leverages data, analytics, and AI to improve productivity, drive Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs), and enable faster, more informed business decisions. The team focuses on delivering scalable, cost-effective digital solutions with speed, simplicity, and measurable business value. Reporting to the Manager, Digital & Data Analytics, this role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of AI, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from ideation and intake through implementation, adoption, and value realization, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with leveraging multiple AI tools to deliver on reporting and analytics in conjunction with other digital tools.
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics and data platforms such as Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Azure, APIs or similar technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, analytics, AI, and technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, data frameworks and portfolio management practices.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, measurable outcomes, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Coding in Python will be a big bonus.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience in a global or multi-divisional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of AI, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation projects across Global Supply Chain Services.
  • Apply approved AI, GenAI, Copilot, and automation tools to improve development speed, documentation, testing, user enablement, and solution quality.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency across business processes and digital capabilities.
  • Lead complex analytics initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, documentation, and value tracking.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and develop delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and value realization activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, timelines, budget, and business priorities.
  • Translate complex technical jargon into easy to digest information for our non-technical audience.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles and with strong storytelling.
  • Monitor project performance and business outcomes through defined success metrics and reporting frameworks.
  • Proactively conduct lessons learned sessions to improve ways of working.
