About The Position
We are seeking a Data Analytics Lead or Head of Data Analytics, with a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI). This role requires a 'doer' who has experience in both building and leading a team. We value motivation and superior communication skills, emphasizing the importance of over-communication. The ideal candidate will eventually be responsible for the Center of Excellence (COE) of Data.
Requirements
- Experience in building and leading a team.

- Proficiency in Data Visualization & Analytics.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Databricks environment.
