About The Position

We’re looking for a Partner Analyst to join our team in a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, partner communication, and revenue optimization. In this role, you’ll directly influence partner performance, build scalable reporting systems, and continuously refine operational processes. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in a modern AWS environment to turn insights into action. If you enjoy working with data, identifying opportunities, and making measurable improvements week over week, this role is for you.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with a technical, data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Analytical thinker with a business-oriented approach to problem solving
Python (Jupyter Notebooks preferred)
Advanced Excel
Strong SQL skills

Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, combining analytics with clear communication
Build and improve reporting pipelines to track partner performance
Create automated feedback loops to drive optimization
Execute weekly performance improvements to maximize campaign efficiency and revenue
Collaborate on the design and tuning of AI/ML-driven bidding strategies
Manage monthly sales commission processing across the organization
Ensure accurate payout calculations on high-volume revenue streams
Communicate clearly with partners regarding payouts and resolve discrepancies
Onboard and audit new partner datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
