Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum four years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
  • Strong experience with SQL and Power BI
  • Alignment with Baptist Housing’s values and servant leadership approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced data modelling and visualization capabilities
  • Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python or R is an asset
  • Experience using AI tools in analytics or process improvement is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) to support decision-making
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support KPI development and tracking
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data
  • Test and verify outputs to ensure reliable reporting
  • Partner with Finance and operational leaders to understand needs
  • Support planning and performance improvement through data
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Enhance reporting tools and processes
  • Support data modelling and workflow improvements
  • Explore tools (including AI) to increase efficiency and impact
